Who I Work With

I work with clients who:

  • - Are investing meaningfully in their home or business

  • - Want a high-end, functional result

  • - Prefer to delegate rather than DIY'

  • - Value clear communication and decisive guidance

If you’re looking for quick fixes, piecemeal advice, or bargain design, we may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for a designer to lead your project and manage the details, we likely are.

What I Do

I design and manage full-scale residential and commercial projects, including renovations and complete furnishings, for clients who want a well-resolved space and a single point of professional leadership throughout the process.

My work is rooted in art, architecture, and function, and focused on creating spaces that feel layered, personal, and intentional.

How the Process Works

1. Book a Discovery Call (Optional)

Start with a complimentary 30-minute virtual call to discuss your project scope, timeline, and budget. This is a quick way to get acquainted and determine if we're aligned before moving forward.

2. Schedule a Design Consultation

Whether you book a discovery call first or go straight to a consultation, this is where the real work begins. I visit your space (or review plans for new builds), assess the scope, and provide strategic design guidance on layout, finishes, lighting, and decision sequencing. This is a paid standalone service. You can use it for expert advice on its own, or as the foundation for full-service design if you decide to move forward.

3. Full-Service Design Process

If we move forward together, here's what the full engagement looks like:

Concept Overview: We create a comprehensive design vision including a color palette, key design details, and room-by-room mood boards to set the direction for the entire project.

Site Survey & Digital Rendering: For the initial site visit, we walk through the space, discuss the project in detail, and take reference photos. Then we bring in a specialist to create a 3D digital map with precise measurements and technical drawings.

Budget Breakdown: Using your budget, we create a detailed, category-based estimate that serves as a roadmap for purchasing. This is tracked meticulously in a live spreadsheet throughout the project.

Design Development: We design structural changes (if applicable), then select all finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials in phases. Presentations include mood boards, price breakdowns, and floor plan renderings.

Project Management: Interior design is 25% creative direction and 75% logistics. We handle placing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing returns, liaising with contractors and building staff, and keeping a team member on-site when work is taking place.

Final Touches & Photography: We stage the home with thoughtfully chosen items, incorporate your belongings alongside new pieces, and take professional photographs once everything meets our standards.

Every full-service project begins with a paid design consultation. This initial meeting allows us to determine fit, establish clarity, and set the foundation for the work ahead. But the consultation also works on its own if you just need professional guidance without committing to a larger engagement.
