Our Limited Service tier is focused purely on design, making it perfect for clients who enjoy being more involved or want a streamlined approach. You’ll receive access to our design concepts and expertise, while handling the purchasing and coordination on your own.
This is a great option if you love the creative process and want our signature aesthetic without full project management.
What’s Included:
Custom interior design tailored to your space
Furniture, lighting, finishes, art, and decorative object sourcing (FF&E)
Room-by-room mood boards, floor plans, and pricing breakdowns
What is not Included:
Project management, ordering, or contractor coordination
Tracking deliveries, managing returns, or on-site supervision
Final installation, staging, or styling services
Billing:
Limited Service is charged as a flat fee Please note: We do not offer à la carte services and our project minimum is a $100,000 budget.
